INGREDIENTS
- 4 bananas, thinly sliced
- 75g melted, unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp White sugar
- 1 large egg
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 cups + 2 tbsp flour
- 50 g pecan nuts, broken
COOKING GUIDELINES
- Set the oven’s temperature to 180°C and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
- Smash the bananas with the melted butter in a big bowl.
- Mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence.
- Fold in after adding the dry ingredients. Ensure that everything is properly integrated.
- Add the pecans, chopped.
- Place some additional pecans on top of the batter after filling the paper cups with the batter halfway (if desired).
- 25 to 30 minutes of baking time, or until a stick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tray for five minutes before transferring to cool entirely on a wire rack.
